Pick Up and Returning of Tuxedos

PICK UP YOUR TUX

Final fittings: Final fittings are scheduled for two days prior to your wedding date. Each guest should pick up their own tuxedo at our store, so a final fitting can be completed. If you have a guest who cannot be present for a final fitting in our store, it is imperative to have the guest try on the rental as early as possible to allow time for any necessary adjustments at the store.

Final alterations: It may be necessary to do some last minute alterations to your tuxedos to ensure the best possible fit. Most often, these adjustments can be done while you wait. Occasionally, it may be necessary for you or an attendant to return at a later time to pick up a tuxedo after alterations or changes have been made.

Final payment: Savvi Formalwear must receive all payments prior to the tuxedo leaving our store. If you are planning to pay for your attendant's tuxedos, please make your payments prior to pick-up day, so your attendants can take their tuxedos home after they have tried them on. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal checks, traveler's checks and cash.

Rental agreement: Every customer is required to sign a rental agreement that defines the details of the rental contract.


RETURN YOUR TUX

Returning: Rentals are to be returned the day following your event, unless otherwise noted on your tuxedo agreement. One individual, if necessary, may return more than one tuxedo.

Store hours:       Sunday 12-6pm        Monday-Saturday 10am - 9pm

To expedite your return, tuxedos should be returned as they were received; coat, pants, vest, tie and shirt on hangers, jewelry on jewelry card and shoes placed in the bottom of the garment bag. Be sure to check for any personal belongings.

Late fees: All rentals must be returned in a timely fashion, so that we may prepare them for the next renter. Late charges are $ 15 per day.
